The Turkey meat loaf was a finer texture than the chicken one.

So pleased , relaxing as DS prepares Beef Stir Fry for dinner , as sister was not here for it last time . Will have to get to follow a recipe on cookkey next . But letting him try the traditional way is good too . Now trouble is happening DD is in the kitchen and cutting up veggies .

K Atie, trouble but at least you don’t have to cook dinner.  :D
More turkey meat loaf.  Mashed pots and a new veggie that is 1/2 Kale and 1/ 2 Brussel Sprouts,  that you roast.

All that sounds delicious. Last night we had a Zucchini soup with chorizo in and haloumi on the top. It was lovely, we had some focaccia from the freezer with it.  About 450 calories per bowl full;.
Tonight is a potato and zucchini flat thing with grated haloumi and  roasted red capsi on it. This one has about 280 calories per serve.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
