Caribbean Pepperpot Stew.
CC, you cook the most interesting meals.
Yesterday I cooked chicken drumsticks in the SC. with 1/2 a bottle of leftover Apple cider. Mixed Wholemeal pasta ( from freezer) with Ratatouille.

This sounds lovely, as does your curried crab Chookie.
We are having Stromboli tonight. I happened to see The Hairy Bikers make it the other night. It's enormous!

Lucky you CC.
Thecurried crab was a bit hot so I added a boiled potato and a sweet potato to the leftovers and made pies.
Cooked Beef in Stout to freeze. Lovely recipe from key.
