Even though my kitchen has been partially dismantled for a make over beginning on Monday I still managed to get this chicken roast dinner on a plate thanks to having a stocked freezer, a microwave and an air fryer. I did have to manually wash the dishes in the laundry though.

Well done Judy. We had leftover lasagne and pea and ham soup from the freezer.

I’ll be making batches of soup once my kitchen is operational again cookie, it’s great for a quick, warming meal.

Apricot chicken with rice and crunchy vegetables. Just celery carrots fresh sliced ginger and a tin of apricot nectar, some flour to thicken the sauce and a naughty bit of brown sugar baked in the oven .

Tonight is a piece of chicken breast with a shortcut of bacon each side, cooked and popped into a freshly made bread roll from Chookie's No Fuss recipe. DH will probably pop some salad in with his.

Tonight we are having Massaman Curry Meatballs with potato mash, steamed broccoli, carrots & snow peas

Tonight we are having some fish that DS caught and was in the freezer, not sure if it is whiting or flathead with home made chips, carrot & parsnip mash and beans
