Mushroom and spinach Risotto.  Chicken  wings, used RTE method but cooked in AF. Also made a new Orange cake, served with Marmalade.

Salmon and lots of green vegetables. Well dinner for two and DH out working! I then watched Junior Marsterchef, those mini kids are going to blitz it , incredible.

Baked 3 of these. Rather different.  Like the boiled orange cake, except the fruit is not boiled. Will post recipe. Served as Pud with thinned Marmalade and cream.

Last night we had a Moroccan prawn couscous.
Tonight we had take away wood oven pizza DH and I  pumpkin DS had prawn and chilli . Bonus of collecting DS .

Grilled salmon , chips and salad. Apple and blueberry Pud.  I made Simple ThanA Packet Cake and poured over the top.

Pork chops green vegetables and baked half pear with cream and brown sugar. Might have to add potatoes chips .
