Home created pizza here. It's quite a family affair. I do the bases and chop the toppings. DD puts the topping on and DH cooks them in the pizza machine.

I sometimes find things in the microwave the next day KAtie. 😀😀
We have our AGM today. We have a sausage sizzle, then our normal meeting, then the AGM, followed by afternoon tea. It’s going to be 31/32.
Dinner may be whatever we can find.  Probably salad and something. We will have to consume a yucky roll that they put the sausage in. I took our own one year but that hurt the roll purchaser’s feelings. 🙃🙃

Cookie, I’m sure you will enjoy yourself, yukkie roll and all.
One of my favourite Blogs I ‘ Woks of Life’.  Today they posted a stir fry beef recipe.  I’m going to make it for dinner. Will replace 1/2 the noodles with Spiralizer Zuchinni.

We did have a lovely AGM Chookie. We have some really lovely members in our car club. We welcomed 5 new Life members. One of the coup0les are in their  very high 80's and have done so much for the club. Sadly they are becoming very frail and it distresses me to see it. I make sure I give them both a big hug each time I see them. We figure that we are Covid safe.

I remember when young, mum would make bangers, mash and baked beans.  Tasted so good and I found I carried the tradition on without even thinking about it.  Haven't made them for ages though so I must do so soon.  The Coles Finest beef, garlic & parsley sausages are quite nice so might put them on the menu for next week.  :D

Chow Mein here tonight.  Rhubarb & Apple pie for dessert.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

JuileO we had the Coles cider and apple sausages !!

Will look out for them Katie.

I made roast beef and baby roast potatoes (skin on) today and this lovely warm salad (pumpkin, bean & feta salad) from Thermobexta's new book.
So easy and tasted really nice, went perfectly with the meat and potatoes.  I halved the honey in the honey & mustard dressing and only drizzled the salad with it instead of adding all of it.  I also reduced the pine nuts a bit.  Will be made again.  :D
