Thanks Chookie, it’s an old favourite.
We had Tenina’s Tandoori Chicken with rice tonight.

I cooked Barramundi & Potato pie last night
https://www.womensweeklyfood.com.au/recipe/dinner/barramundi-and-potato-pie-1847/
for dinner last night. Instead of mash I did a layer of pre-cooked potato slices on the top to comply with my guest’s dietary restrictions. It went down very well, I even had some.
For dessert we had Chookie’s Queen of Puddings with a stewed strawberry layer which was another winner.

Judy, sounds very nice.
Made a very interesting spaghetti meat sauce. Based on Italian sausages. All in pot together and cooked for 1 hour. Mashed in TMX. No browning!! I’ll see what the visitors think tonight.

We're having a chicken recipe from Tenina tonight. I guess I will cook some veggies with it.
