I'm cheating tonight.  I bought a SC lamb shoulder in a packet from the supermarket today and will have it with salad and fresh bread rolls.

Meat balls with pasta , sounds good K Atie. I’ve got some in freezer. Need only to make a tasty tomato sauce and cook meat balls and pasta. DS and GS coming. G S catching up on some driving practice. Garlic bread and salad. Gelato from local shop.
