We had Beetroot Soup with semolina dumplings from Cookidoo. Next time I’d put some Parmesan in the dumplings.

Lemon chicken wings couscous. Last night a real meal fish fennel yellow squash potato gratin.

I had Penne Alla Vodka last night, surprising nice. Added some baby peas for some veggie content.

I crumbed some fresh flathead fillets to have with mashed potato and butter beans and a tomato sauce.

Last night we were at Christmas in July , roast pork lamb Turkey ! Roast pumpkin potatoes and a huge bowl of peas julienned carrots broccoli beans ! Steamed plum pudding with warm custard .

Steak with English spinach ( sautéed in a big pot ) greens and a winter salad that I had brought .

Marinated salmon with potato bake carrots and broccollini for DH nd I.  Left over beef casserole for DS with the vegetables.  I will puree my meal

We had Shepherd’s Pie with cauliflower and other veggies cheese. Cherry and Apple pie for dessert.
