We had Beetroot Soup with semolina dumplings from Cookidoo. Next time I’d put some Parmesan in the dumplings.

Lemon chicken wings couscous. Last night a real meal fish fennel yellow squash potato gratin.

I had Penne Alla Vodka last night, surprising nice. Added some baby peas for some veggie content.

Marinated salmon with potato bake carrots and broccollini for DH nd I.  Left over beef casserole for DS with the vegetables.  I will puree my meal
