Homemade rissoles, mashed potato and steamed veg here tonight. Simple but tasty. I made sure that there was enough mash left over to make a boston bun tomorrow. Yummo!

Tried Cookie's tuna and macaroni bake. Got home late for work so made it exactly as the recipe cites and it was lovely. A hit with the whole family.

I'm going to make a chicken tikka masala in my TMX tonight.

I've not made it in the TMX before so this should be interesting.  I guess I cook it on 100c speed soft and reverse. ?

Any ideas?

I'm steaming the rice in the basket first.

That's what I'd do foodiepep but if the food isn't moving, I'd up the speed to 1.
