Finally got the tree up. Not the best photos but we don't have a camera at the moment.

I love the fruit tree too Uni, what a great idea.  I've done it with lollies and ferrero rocher but who'd have thought to use fruit
  ???

All your trees look beautiful. Ours will probably go up next weekend. It is not big and beautiful but we like it. I bought it just after Mum died as she had liked it in the shop. The day she died I went back into Myer and the only one they had left was on the floor. They very kindly took pity on me and sold me that one. So even though it may not be the biggest or the best it is a sentimental tree.
We used to have live Norfolk pines but when the farm was sold we had nowhere to plant the oversize ones. I do like real ones but they aren't always practical.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Lovely story cookie and wonder how strange that he jides them... You would think he would judt throw them in the bin at school?

Saying that they camt at ds school... All back in,lunch box as could attract ants, the horrible wild turkeys or something worse .. Not to memtion the smell..

Great idea Uni.

Looking at the photo of our tree I noticed our puppy looking at the tree skirt - it's a beautiful handmade one I got in Peru and I would hate him to chew it so think I had better not have  tree skirt this year!
