Thanks Maddie, the purple doesn't go with the rest of the house but we all fell in love with the colour last year so think we will stick with it for a while.

Some of those ideas are interesting  :-))

Sad thing is Maddy, if I used my cookbooks for that tree, I would still have heaps leftover!

Love the ladder tree. That would be good for work shops - like mechanics etc and they could decorate with tools of their trade.

Here's our tree snapped by DD. I love the book tree. With all the books in this house I think I could do a tree in every room :D

I really don't think I would like putting them up in others houses DJ, will you then have to take them all down again? That's the worst part.

Poor  DJ....1 tree is enough me thinks!

What to do with a mound of TM playdough?.......shove it in a bowl and poke in some goodies, and torture the kids, by making them wait until after Christmas to eat them  :P
