Glad you like them ellie j,
A good recipe is not a good recipe unless you share it. Well thats what I think anyway.

Hi, I want to try this recipe for Teacher's Day celebration in singapore.  I just have a question on step 3:

3) Add egg yolk and beat on speed 3 and gradually add flour, set lid to closed lid position and mix for 30 seconds on Interval speed.

What is Interval speed?

Thanks!

I decided to try these out since everyone is saying the EDC recipe is no good. They turned out really well but I only managed to make 24 as I seemed to make a bigger size.

Can someone tell me how to attach photos to comments?

Also, can you double this recipe or do you have to make two batches?

I have doubled the recipe before Tasty but it does make hard work for the TM so I would suggest making them separately. And to attach a photo whe you are leaving a reply there is an additional options choice at the bottom of the page which allows you to add an attachment photo (But make sure you check the maximum KB allowed for the photo size)
Hope that helps.

This was my first recipe conversion for the TM and I still make these regularly, Some times I will make larger ones and add smarties half way through cooking pushed on top of each biscuit then place them back in the oven to finish. Other times I will us rainbow choc chips instead or even white choc chips just for a bit of variety.

Yum! These are being enjoyed here. They are a bit too sweet but suspect my scales were doing funny things as I was weighing in the sugar!
