I'm so happy - I lost 1.8 this week! I didn't do anything different except I didn't go swimming all week because I'm back at work! I love the Pro Points plan & will keep going with it.
I'm with you ww girls, and will be joining up next wednesday night. I lost 22kg a couple of years ago but sadly found it again when I found peanut m&m's and stoppped walking. I can't blame tmx for my weight gain but know if I don't get onto it straight away I will blossom My aim is to convert the ww meals into tmx meals, anyway i'll give it a go.Report in again soon and good luck girls.
