 :D  Judy.  I was so sure I didn't want one until like you say I made my own semi dried toms.  :o  What a difference to store bought ones, so much nicer.  Today I made a tomato tapanade using them which is absolutely delicious.

The Easy Cook worked well but if I'm having the oven on for 4+ hours, I may as well have the space to dry more than what I was able to fit in the little oven.  :P

Looking forward to it arriving now.  ;D

Just checked my emails, and blow me down......this was advertised from "your home depot"



Now how could I not buy it, I ask you?
About time Kitchen aid made these things available in Australia.....in pink particularly  :P........so my hope that one day they bring the food processor here in pink......then my harassing emails will be worth while  ;D  I'm getting sick of typing them!
