It was still there because it was expensive. 20% off helped but still expensive. I must admit I have a passion for beautiful table linen.

It is a beautiful cloth Chookie, I love the colours.
You would laugh if your saw my table cloth collection. It comprises 1, plus a Christmas cloth. I rarely use a cloth these days, using only placemats. I think it goes back to the days when all the kids lived at home, they would always spill something on the cloth.
Enjoy your cloth.

Kat, I also have and use place mats. Our table is glass so I like to use cloths as otherwise you are looking at legs and feet under the table!!
I have cloths from our travels. The latest was a hand painted one from South Africa,

Both are tables are jarrah. For everyday I use placemats as I can growl if anyone puts something directly on the table. On our big jarrah table I use a tablecloth and placemats as I can't really growl at visitors.

There's a new chip out tomorrow called "Everyday Cooking for Thermomix Families", 110 recipes - The cookbook and chip are available to purchase individually for $50 or together for $80. Quote: "this cookbook has been designed for TM5 owners as it contains many of the Everyday Cookbook recipes that did not feature in the Basic Cookbook. The good news is that we have a new cookbook for our TM31 customers, along with a new online recipe platform which will be launched in the coming weeks and months"

We bought another house on Saturday, we looked at 2 last week, and then I saw one on Saturday, on the internet, rang the agent, and bought it.
4 bedrooms, and a deck. pretty good.
