Well nice ones, with a bit of a heel, and some bling...

Yes 2 weeks ago, we went shopping for school bags, ended up at smiggle for lunchboxes too.

I had never heard of havaianas until maddy mentioned them but in yesterdays paper was a story that caught my eye.

"Glenelg beach will be a hive of inflatable fun tomorrow (today now) as the Havaianas Australia Day Thong Challenge comes to town"

I has been held for 8 years simultaneously around the country and it's the first time I've read about it.  They aim to set a new world record for the number of giant Havaianas floating in a line.  Last year WA won with a new record of 2088 people but this year SA is hoping it's their turn.  I daresay it depends on who has the hottest day which will entice people into the water, it's certainly not hot enough this weekend for us South Australians but it's amazing what people will do to enjoy themselves.

Even at the supermarket I can have fun.....
Apron so that I look clean at brunch tomorrow
Poachies so the eggs look a bit special with less stress (hopefully)
And then at the kitchen shop....
Finally got around to getting an independent oven thermometer (I'm sure my oven runs hot)
A mini ice cream/cookie/mashed potato scoop (thanks for the idea Maddy)

What a gorgeous apron. Must look out for one next time I am shopping.

Shopping today and Homeart are closing down so I bought an ice cream machine reduced from $60 to $20. Now to learn to make ice cream lol
Exercise is a dirty word... Every time I hear it, I wash my mouth out with chocolate

I went shopping this morning and didn't really buy anything. I had seen some Ansko's muesli recommended in the paper and decided to give it a try. It will take a lot to wean me off my sultana bran. We tried it when we got home, DD's comment was that it nowhere near as nice as Tenina's Granuesli and I should have saved my money. I should have learned by now.  :) :)

My chip maker arrived late yesterday and I tried them today.  Turned out really crunchy although could not get salt to stick to them.
