My DH got hoodwinked, and before you know we had bought them.

Aw, a little jealous of kittens here...we have a cat already though, and she would not cope with new additions.  She's still adjusting to the kids after 6+ years!  ;)

I've bought a second-hand bunk bed set for DD which we are picking up later today.  She is VERY excited.  I still have to get new mattresses at some stage, but will use her old mattress and our spare foam one from the trundle bed until I can shop around for new ones.

We really are hopeless, started out looking for a bottom of the range coffee machine and ended up with this. We were able to get Harvey Norman to match DJ's sale price and still let us purchase it on 12 months interest free so we went for the much better model. We always pay well before the interest free period up and have the money to pay outright but I figure if we can get the cheapest price and delay the cost for a little bit it's all good. We just need to figure it all out now and find beans we both like.

LOL! Wonder . I even managed to get DH back  in the car after looking at this machine. Before I could start it he started to whine and we went back in and bought it. I buy local beans and a blend of roasted  I invented . 1/3 of this  and so on. Sometimes I do buy Jaques on line as they delivery it freshly roasted to my door in sealed packs.. Try to buy beans freshly roasted  in small amounts  and never put them in the fridge or freezer.

You will go through a least. Kilo in the first week as you try to figure out the machine and make your choices about how many beans, how many minutes of milk and how many mls of water for all the different cups.

Have fun and enjoy.

:D :D :D Gretchen.  It is usually the other way around - the wife wants something and the husband thinks she doesn't need it  ;)

Lovely looking machine Wonder.

I'm so glad I have never wanted a coffee machine as I have absolutely nowhere in my kitchen to put it so I couldn't have one even if I did want one.

The coffee machine looks like fun. I don't think I would ever figure it out though. I'm looking forward to hearing about all the coffee types it makes.
