Its all your fault goldfish …… I went and bought the loaf tin AND the sandwich tin AND the new super-healthy cookbook AND the zest peeler.  No self control  :P :P :P

I went looking for a loaf tin yesterday. So naturally I bought the loaf tin and the sandwich tin after reading this thread :D

LOL!  Now I don't feel so bad!!  Sounds all very essential to me, Karen . . well done!!  Making your wonderful lemon myrtle icecream again tomorrow ready for the weekend.  I love the Cuisinart icecream machine - but mine doesn't have the compressor. A bit of freezer room taken up with the insert - but worth it!!

Mich - your grand daughter is gorgeous . . and the avatar very special! :)

Trudy,  the basic ice cream recipe that I use was given to me by the demo lady  when I bought my ice cream machine,   Same as yours.
600 cream, 250 milk and sugar, vanilla. Mix in TMX to dissolve sugar, churn  1 hour. Many , many variations.
That was a very good deal.
