You are bad bad ladies making me want to spend my money and another appliance; I was just deciding on the air fryer and along comes another one. I thought when I bought the tmx that would be the end. Keep it up though (smiling to myself).

Since I had my TM5, I have found that I like to keep the book on hand even though I would work from the chip. There is just no counter room in my kitchen so I came across a book holder that is so simple but so useful. I bought it off Amazon. I decided that I would hang it from one of those tool hanging bars with the s shaped hooks. It is right in my line of sight and holds the biggest books as well as my tablet. I am passing on the idea in case you have never thought of it accompanied by two pictures.

We must be watching the same show Brenda. It looks delicious. Think Julie's lasagne is better!

Thanks again girls  :D

Maddy, I look forward to your feedback too.    ;D

I feel like when I got the TM; I want to keep using it to try all the different shapes and flavors.

Gert, I've had a look on-line and have seen in a couple of reviews saying they are using it to make gluten free pasta, but no other info as such.  I see Maddy has said to use quinoa flour and it should work okay.  If I can find some of that when I do my shopping next week, I'll buy some and give it a try for you and let you know if it works the same.  :D

Gert, I have been doing a little research on line and it seems you really need to get the ingredients right (for gluten free pasta) to work, made by any method.

Found this blog below interesting, but I would have to buy 3 of the ingredients to give it a try (and not sure if I could get the first one here anyway) and they may not be something I would use again, so though I would love to experiment with this recipe as it seems she may have got it right, I'll leave it for now.  I will look for the Lauke flour in our supermarkets though and if I see some will grab it and report back.  :D
