Cookie, looks interesting.
I like one themed cooking books. Bread of course !  This is my 3 rd egg one.  Have one on Apples, useless. Several on jams and several with recipes on growing your own veggies and recipes to use them. Muffins of course.  There is a new one on just Chicken which is fab. RecipeTinEats has just released an eBook on just chicken wings. ( it is worth checking out her basic recipe for cooking wings, it is excellent ) There are many SC  and one pot books, not to mention TMX books.

I really need another cake tin like a hole in the head, but then this one is square and I couldn't resist it.

I couldn't resist it either Cookie! It feels like good quality too.

I bought the bodum grill from POK, and some small cake tins, and bread boards  from POK..
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

It certainly feels heavy Jamberie. It cooks well too. Better than my rectangular tin actually.

I have an older rectangular one Jamberie, but I may just happen to pop in and check to see if they have any left at Coles when I shop. The older one isn't the best as no matter how you grease it, things stick.

Hope Boffins have some recipe books because that is where my voucher is for; shame about having to go to the City for it though.

I received my hard copy of Tenina's Soup book this morning. It is very beautiful and glossy.

Well we are back on n Melbourne and even though we only managed a few days in the Margaret River region we certainly managed to do some damage on the credit card! Amongst the wine, olives and olive oils we also managed to pick up a few unexpected purchases. We've been looking for some Indigenous artwork for a few years and managed to find two that we were both really happy with and a traditional gugelhupf mould from a tiny gugelhupf bakery right near our hotel in Yallingup. If anyone has a tried and tested recipe I'm all ears.
