I've never done it but I googled and came up with this - the last sentence suggests you can mix the 2 ingredients.Coconut MilkCoconut milk, like coconut cream, can also be substituted on a 1 cup to 1 cup basis with regular milk. Other alternatives include soy milk, almond milk or rice milk. Coconut milk can also be substituted on a 1 cup to 1 cup basis with whipped cream. When done in this fashion, also add ½ tsp of coconut extract for every cup substituted in this manner. Finally, you can also substitute 1 cup of coconut milk with 3 tbsp of coconut cream and â cup of water, or low-fat or skim milk.
have you tried making the coconut milk from the EDC - I much prefer it to the can (which scares me when I see all that grey tinges going into my food)
