Just a quick question with the apples pies is just apples, water and sugar enough to make a nice mixture? Are they not too runny?

Yvette that is all I used, simple for kids but tasty too. If you have too much liquid just use a slotted spoon.

Well look what I have just brought... $55 off ebay, hope it works. My mum (in NZ) asked me to get a party pie/cupcake/ mini pie maker for my Miss 3's birthday (yesterday) so was searching for them .... (She sends the money and I do the shopping, saves postage and warrenty issues etc that way.) This one is for me tho!!!

Anyone know if this: http://www.stephberg.com/?p=644 would work in a pie maker? Big or small?
TIA.  :)
