Hi H - muffins take about 6min, is so handy when I don't want to heat the whole oven just for muffins. The recipes in the book that come with the machine are OK too.  :)

I have the little one too Robyn and couldn't find it at the shops but purchased it from breville factory online for $57.00 including postage.

Harvey Norman or Myer (can't remember which now  :-[ ) had them advertised a couple of weeks ago for $45. I also got mine online from breville-factory-outlet online store thru ebay.  :)

It looks great maddy but I prefer individual pies - they look so much nicer on a plate.  $79.95 a bit hefty.

I couldn't hope myself DJ.... LOL ;D

You could try Dot's recipe for chicken and mushroom pie, you might just have to halve the filling: http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=7351.0  :) :) :)
