I tried KFC tonight. .. I added 1 tbsp olive oil tothe flour mix. The chicken was deliciously moist. I still need to tweak the coating...The first batch I put on baking paper and I thought they were a bit dry and you could still see the flour in parts. The second batch (I used tenderloins) I didn't bother with the baking paper and they were better (and no mess on the wire either)... next time I'll spray them with oil in the hope that the coating is a little more crispy.Despite not having a perfect result, this time, I'll use the airfryer for this recipe from now on as it is so quick and yummy
