INAID, the chicken is marinated in a spice paste made up of curry powder, onion, turmeric etc. So yummy
Julie, I've posted the recipe. Don't know how to create links in tapatalk though.
Cookie, you can use the Baba's curry powder for this dish. Do try it. I was so pleased that it turned out so well

I did a lemon chicken & crispy potato recipe from CFM&Y for lunch which entailed marinating the chicken for 2 hours then steaming it and the potato cubes in the varoma for 15 minutes before placing under a griller for 15-20 minutes. Air fryer did the job instead of the griller though although the potatoes could have done with a tad more time and the Marylands a minute or two less. It worked well - I thought it would be just as easy to cook the whole meal in the a/f though

No but I cut it into very small florets and stirred it occasionally courton. I then placed it in my small thermosaver and I think it softened a little by doing that. I've never had baked cauli before and wasn't sure if it should be soft or slightly crunchy but I think it is supposed to be the latter.

It was crunchy. DH enjoyed it but I thought it should a bit softer.
