I found this PDF with some different recipes to our booklet for the Philips airfryer.  I don't think it has been mentioned anywhere before. It could be for the smaller model and of course the temperatures are in F not C.

Thanks for the link Judy. Looks good.
I have to admit that this is my 3 rd AF.  First one was about 35 years ago.  Bought it for the little caravan.  It was German and square in shape with rounded corners.  Very good but had to lift the whole top part off to remove what was cooked.  It was made of toughened glass. The second was given to me and was one of the turbo ones.  Found it hard to clean.  The big advantage of this Philips one is the pull out draw as well as easy clean.  Disadvantage  , size. .  Although big enough for 2.  I don't think it is made as well as the German one. The plastic body doesn't fit together as well as it might.  $400 is not a big investment so we will see how it lasts.

Made this potato frittata in the air fryer for lunch.

Microwaved 250g potatoes, sliced into 5mm rounds (left skin on), tossed them in a bowl with 2 beaten eggs, 50g caramelised onion, 1/2 cup sliced small leaves from my spinach crop, 1 tblspn chopped parsley, 1.5 tblspns grated parmesan & S & P.

Preheated air fryer to 160o, sprayed the metal dish with olive oil, added mixture and cooked 5 minutes. Sprinkled more parmesan on top to serve. It was cooked but next time I'd leave it another 2 minutes to darken the top (hopefully).  A nice, quick lunch.

Yum Judy.  Today played with JulieO's conversion of Bill Grainger's Cinnamon scrolls.  Baked  4 in AF. Ok  but could do better.  Cut end 3 off and baked in mini SC.   This was good.  Froze last 5. Will post process when I have it exactly right.

They look nice Chookie. It is good to know you can do these things in the AF.

Thanks for the book link Judy. I have just downloaded it.

Julie this is one of my fav recipes.  A couple of years ago I had a TMX bread making day at home for consultants.  Alyce and her mum attended. I baked your rolls for morning tea. I made 24. 8 consultants demolished the lot.  They loved them.

I made a couple of pizzas in my airfryer tonight - not bad but will use a different base next time. This one is the base from the pizza recipe in the PDF file I recently posted.
