well I think I'm probably going to have a loaf of disaster when it comes out of the oven. I made some bread and the mix was very sticky. after lots of nurturing and proving I picked up the two sides of Glad Bake so I could put it in the hot casserole dish and it just fell and so I just picked up what I could before it went everywhere and threw it in the dish. probably will stick to the sides of the dish and not rise. what a waste of time - DD has been hanging around for me to make this bread so we can take the dog for a walk. I hope this is not an indication of what my cooking is going to be like this year

This just goes to show how bread is so forgiving. The topside looks perfect, and about 1/3 of the underside I had to carefully pull out the Glad Bake that had got mixed up in the dough when I threw it in the dish. That bit is abit like pull apart bread, but hey it rose after being completely flattened and manhandled so I'm pretty happy. Now for that walk...but I've got a sneaking suspicion that DD is now having a nap

Cp that looks a great loaf considering the problems you had. No one looks at the bottom anyway.

No Uni's quick rolls made into loaves.
Only I use vit c powder, not bread improver, and 22g fresh yeast it is this thread
http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=12530.0
Been using for two weeks now. Takes longer than the hour but very good bread. However the first flour I used was better.
Interesting how the different flours affect the recipes.
Enjoy x
