It didn't blow the lid off Wonder.It sort of boiled up through the valve and sprayed hot orange juice everywhere :-))

I try to remember the work of art suggestion next time I have an Opps moment GF and not swear :D :D

Now I get it, you had me worried there. I love my PC but the thought that the safety mechanisms aren't as fail safe as I thought was a bit scary.

Ooh, that sounds terrible CC. I accidentally knocked my PC off the stovetop after I had finished cooking in it and I've broken the handle. I need to replace it, but I can't be bothered going out in the heat to the kitchen shop. It can wait!

I thought I would add a chuckle to this section. I was so careful turning my SC loaf, I dropped it. Shoved it back in. Chaos. It still tastes delicious and I will try again. It won't beat me!  ;D ;D >:( ;D

You may have to just melt some butter and pour it over then tuck into it. Looks good to me.

No photo but think i havemade too much sour dough of late.
Thought i would quickly make a wholemeal loaf and thought it felt odd when i set it aside to prove, ofcourse it did nothing without any yeast.
Not sure it will be perfect but threw it back in with yeast and kneaded 2 more minutes.
