Just checked and it's actually impossible pie, sorry.
http://www.themotherhubbardscupboard.com/chicken-and-corn-impossible-pie/

I just used the recipe for the quiche mixture really - as I made 3 with roast pumpkin & feta and 3 with already cooked chicken & corn.

It wasn't as bad as I thought, I pulled the paper from the bottom and it managed to come out without taking to much of the crust. Some bits are hanging off the sides, but I reckon I can blame that on using GF flour! I've made these as part of lunch we are having tomorrow with the in-laws (MIL is gluten free).

It is a nice blog Karen. Today I've also made her custard tea cake (also GF for lunch tomorrow). It looks good, but if it doesn't taste nice I'm blaming the GF flour again!

Karen the tin is USA Pan brand and I bought it from that OO online place ages ago (along with a couple of breads tins the same brand).

I've also used it to bake bread rolls (when I've wanted bread rolls big enough to hollow out and use as bowls to serve soup in).

Me too, tin looks great, as do the quiches ( bit of paper never hurt anyone)

I've retrieved paper out of muffins/cupcakes many a time.

No photo of my finger plus bandaid, but a reminder to me that my new blades are a lot sharper than my 4 year old originals. I'd gotten used to being able to pull dough out from around the blades - not any more!     Luckily just a nick

I've come very close too Bonsai.
I thought I had a oops moment on Saturday.  I had an oven full of pulled pork (Karens recipe).  We celebrated my sons engagement with 115 guests at the inlaws home.  Anyway opened the cover after 6 hours to find a blackened mess, even the sauce was black on top! II rolled my meat  over and covered it up and tried to compose myself before "pulling".  It actually tasted really, really good.  Not burnt but caramelised.  Thank god!
Wish I had taken a photo, honestly it looked awful.

I'm glad it worked out OK Denise, it must have been a heart-stopping moment for you though. Congratulations to the newly engaged couple.

Glad it worked out Denise. 115 guests - that's a huge catering requirement, you did well. Congratulations to your son and his fiancée.

Thanks ladies, exciting times ahead.
My only saving grace with the pork was visitors in the house.  It was my quietest panic attack ever!  It took me a while to get the courage to look at it and start pulling.
