Which reminds me of a bumper sticker I saw on an SUV  when I went to the market a few days ago.

CHAINS REQUIRED  in large letters, below in much smaller text - Whips and Boots Optional.   :D

 :D :D :D :D Good chuckle

I chose my name because I have absolutely no imagination  ;D

My name is Nicola and I was born in 1968 ...

Woohoo, cool it is not!  Anything else I come up with seems a bit "twee"

I've used Mum2wi before - mum to William and Isaac but I have a Noah now so it would need to be Mum2win ....

So I just kind of gave up and went with something obvious  :-\

I needed a login name for m Nike plus account. I was trying to think of something to using my first name. My job is white collar and I always try to dress well unlike many people that I work with.  I usually wear a suit or at least a shirt and tie and always wear a hat. I have a couple of trilby style hats that I alternate between.

The people that I work with and my 'clients' (I am a public servant with the department of education) often tell me I look dashing or smart.  So being a runner I came up with Dashingden.

I chose this name almost ten years ago when I joined a forum relating to the New York City subways.  I didn't think I'd ever get there to ride them in person, thus the name.  It isn't applicable to the cooking and baking forums I've joined but I haven't taken the time to figure out anything better so I keep using it.  No photos of my kitchen.  My late wife would not approve of how I'm keeping house.   :(   I do enjoy reading this forum and that members are all over the world.

Doesn't need to be applicable to the forum Cyberider  ;) ;) that is who you are. You will find mine all over the place - that is me in cyber world and I use it everywhere  :D More often than not the same profile pic (though I think it is time for an update lol)

We certainly are winners!  Perhaps I'll change it, I'm only active on a couple of forums (this and a sewing one) so it wouldn't take much to change it.

I could also take my first name and be Nik2WIN ;)
