We shifted from a tiny kitchen  nearly 9 years ago. I have now more than filled my new kitchen and pantry.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Keeki is the name my grandchildren call me. My sister tried to say Karen but came up with Kekum! So my girls changed it to Keeki when deciding what the grand kids were going to call me. I just said what ever they could say I would stick with. So there you go, Keekinit is and it sounds so cute coming from a 2 yr old.

Kitchens have become the heart of the house again - wonderful pics everyone. Still love my kitchen even though my space was cut down so my DH could have a workshop!

Been having a lazy day today and just reviewed all the posts on this thread again. One of my favourite threads - love all the kitchens.  :)

My kitchen is super big...   I have so many machines...
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

I decided I needed to update the kitchen. We only moved in two months ago and the kitchen is 30 years old. It's in excellent condition, so I can't justify ripping the whole thing out....so we decided to give it a make over to give us time to see how we use the kitchen and what we might want/need when we finally upgrade.

One of the fun things I've done is to paint one whole door of the pantry with chalkboard paint (to write grocery lists and give DD a place to draw freely) and stick frames on the other door with frequently used recipes and a menu plan (use whiteboard markers each week). The great thing about this is it is not permanent as I used 3M picture hanging strips which are completely removeable....I'm not happy with the font/tyoing etc yet, but you'll get the idea....

We've also painted tiles and installed extra shelving...amazing what a big difference small things can make!
I have a Facebook page with all things cooking, you'll find it here: https://www.facebook.com/What-Amber-Ate-1097437023601587/
