Just made this tonight, to take tomorrow, didn't have any sour cream, I used half a bloke of Philly cheese, I also added some lemon juice. I could have eaten the lot its so nice.
I was thinking it might be nice with some fetta cheese added.

Fundj, your looks completely different. Yes please make notes next time you make it!

We're going to France tomorrow for a grill party, to a lab colleague, so I think I'll make this dip to take with. Maybe I'll run down to our local Villeroy and Boch outlet and see if I cake pick up a nice plate or dish to put the dip on/in.

CP everyone love this dip,  and all wanted the recipe. I took 2 dips and the other one was hardly touched. Next time I will make it with sour cream promise  :D

I was making pita pizza's tonight, and I had just thought about this dip making a lovely base sauce, add some shredded chicken, pine nuts, baby spinach & fetta for pizza's........o.k.........just talked myself into making it for next time  :P
