I whipped this up yesterday for DH to take to car club. I just noticed he left it on the bench.

He said he remembered when he was nearly there! When he got home he had a coffee and sat down and ate almost half of the cake., Most unlike him, perhaps he felt guilty.

What a great DH Cookie - he was saving you all those calories (plus felt a little bit of guilt too that you had gone to the trouble and he had forgotten it).

This was so easy to make and yummy to eat. Thanks for posting. Will definitely be making again.
Hally, I can see how this could have been devoured in 1 day. Not much left of mine which I made this morning.

Delish
Made into cupcakes, cooked on 170c for 18 minutes, and mix made 20 cupcakes
Topped with some fresh cream whipped with a Tbspn. Golden syrup.
I did cut sugar down to 200g.
