This tart is so easy to make, and is delicious. We had about 5ml of vodka left in the bottle, so I added the juice of a lemon and a dash of gin and it worked out fine- I just need to add vodka to my shopping list so that I can make it again. I used a long retangular tin with a removable base which was perhaps a little small as my tin was very full, and I ended up cooking it for another 10 minutes. I will definitely be making this again.

Great cooking AND photography, Emerald Sue.  Thanks again Tenina for a very more-ish tart.  One of my favourite Thermomix recipes ever.

Have made this a couple of times over the holiday season, its a family favourite. I add some thinly sliced red onion and a handfull of chopped spinach before crumbling on the feta. Very nice.

I had forgotten about this recipe, if it cools down today I'll make this for dinner with a salad.

I bought a bottle of vodka 2 years ago just to make this recipe, and would you believe it has sat unopened in the cupboard all this time.... until today! Quick trip to the shops for some feta and it's in the oven now!

I would like to make this for lunch on the weekend - could I make it beforehand and reheat it do you think?

Certainly could Karen, don't let it overbrown during cooking though.
