E
Eee? Oooo?  ;D ;D

I've made two lots now. I'm giving them as gifts at Christmas to my girl friends. The second time I made it I added back the lemon peel from the first lot with the fresh lemon peel.
I now have two lots of peel and am wondering whether to use it again? Going to try with ethanol as my Vodka is only 39% proof.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

This sounds fabulous. It definitely won't help the diet.

I am going to give this a go :)

So after 7 days it is OK to drink.  I will make this just before we go away for 1 week so I wont be tempted to try it earlier.

HHW :)

Make it as soon as you can Hally, it isn't as strong as Uni's but lovely all the same. Uni's is knock you off your feet strong  ;D  I do find it freezes over though so I only keep it in the fridge and have it over ice.

Haven't made it for a while Hally but probably just the week before I have my first drink.  Mine lasts quite a while but I always have a bottle or two in the fridge so as soon as the last bottle is opened I'd put down another batch.
