This was my first real bread making attempt and it worked out wonderfully.   Yay!  Thanks for a great recipe Chookie!  I halved it and it was perfect.  I won't halve it again next time though, beacause they were just too good!

Tsr,  glad you liked this recipe.  You can make it as a bun without the crosses , later in the year.

i wasnt happy with the ones i made last week  :-))

i didnt have any butter so i used veg oil
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

Uni,  they look ok.  Butter is more traditional.
