Hi everyone,
Does anyone know if I can halve the recipe quantity for the Steamed Lemon Coconut Puddings?
Cheers,
Kate

Kate, you can halve steamed pudding recipes but keep the cooking time the same.

Judy is that a standard rule of thumb for cooking in the Thermomix? For things like custards and sauces etc?

No shan_k, if you are halving a custard for example, you would reduce the cooking time by 20%.
This information is under general tips in the EDC (page 2 in my early edition) under Recipe Quantities point No. 2.
