Goldfish, I am absolutely stoked. This is meeeeeeee???????cooking with a recipe book!!!!!! And it works!

I have  a very special bottle of Majella wine from the Coorawarra. Do you thing the Beef and Ale Pie is  worthy? That is the question. Should I  make this recipe next?

Feel free Tenina. I took it on my iPad and I have no  Ide how to upload  it onto FB from my iPad. I can send it to you if you want or perhaps you can steal it from here.

I used, at hools  suggestion, the Taptalk   app which is neat or I can download it to my PC and try from there.

I did good eh? I am chuffed. And I didn't even want the book silly me.

I m still laughing because I am not usually one to follow rules or recipes. Tomorrow I am making the carmalised garlic paste. If it is as good as the powdered chicken stock then it will be wonderful. I need  more umami and the lime chilli salt is a must for me.

The thing about this cookbook is the basics then plus plus.  I  nearly didn't buy it but Helene's review  [superkitchenmachine.com] sent me straight to  the ad for the publisher. I am so glad I did.  Thanks Tenina and  Helene.  Both of these great gals know their stuff.
