Hello kathleenm, welcome to the forum.  Oh der, I just got what you meant with the word 'peeps' - first saw it in your posting on the Bellini chat and instantly thought I didn't know we had a member called peeps.  I am sure I was not the only one though  ;)
You sound like a bright spark who is enjoying life so you are guaranteed to enjoy it on this forum - we are up there for being the most entertaining you will find.  If you really want to check you spelling, don't forget we have a facility here to check that - just click on 'spell check' before you click on 'post' and Mr speller will come to your aid.

welcome kathleenm. I didn't know about that peeps thing either - when my DD24 comes home tonight from work I'm going to greet her like that and see if she knows what I'm talking about (of course she is only one person and so its sort of iin the wrong context). I've joined your blog on Facebook  :D

Why not pop over and enter in the poll so we can keep track of where our members are from.
We have lots of delicious recipes here that our members have kindly posted - and here is my current list of favourites (which needs updating soon) - we also look forward to hearing from you if you have any queries, comments or converted recipes of your own to offer.

My dd is always asking me to make this...does it taste authentic?

the gozleme is fantstic with hallumi cheese filling. i just make the dough and use left over curry veg or make up a small batch and use that. the dough frezzes really well and makes a great substitue to nann bread. just roll it out add garlic oil and mixed herbs cook in the oven or in the bbq.
