My new iPad arrived  this afternoon as promised. I am syncing it now. Luckily it fits all my covers and looks great.

Wonderful Gretchen, just perfect to keep in touch with head office.                I'll go and wash my mouth out with soap now.

You bet Judy. Took only seconds to set up and about 15 minutes to sync 150 apps. Now i have to sort the  apps out into some sort of order.

My DH will be thrilled to get my  old one when he returns from KL

We got new iPads today too.  Was wondering if it was worth upgrading but it definitely is.  The screen is so much clearer. Love it but it's getting an expensive habit. Every year we have upgraded to the new model..... Though we don't upgrade our Mac book pro's as much a we used to so I guess that evens things out.

I bought. 64 GB with 3 G.  Probably will never use all.

You can back  it up on your computer or on iCloud.  You cannot make more space that is why I upped  it from 32 GB .

If you have a lot of photos taking space try backing up to your computer  and deleting the pics from device. Not sure about that's so you have better check first.

Think about rationalising the giving of old one to a needy person like DH or someone so you can get the new one. I am glad I did.

Like you say  it is all about the quality as well as the quality of life. I use my iPad, Kindle and Thermomix but not necessarily in that order. My life could be boring without.

Gert

Thank Buddha it is not made by Bellini. LOL!

The screen and pics are brilliant.

Life is short Jude59. If you can afford it why not? Mind you  do think twice about paying $40 for a leg of lamb.

Maybe I can show you the difference in the camera. This is a dull day. The first pic is from iPad 2
