Well got around to making these today, not as good looking as everyones and browning was patchy. But here's a photo anyway :)

I did taste one small one fundj, not sure if I really like them or not. Think they would be great with a salad in them :)
They were nice and soft in the middle :)

Dede, well done. They are meant to be filled with any garnish you like (I think they would be perfect as burger buns too)!

DD was very keen to help.  We brushed with soy milk instead of egg and had this with our soup.  The whole family love this, yiipee.. ;D ;D
