Know how you are feeling Dede.  If it  turns out you don't get the job there may be something much more suitable waiting for ya. Of course they would be mad not to hire you but it won't be the end of the world. Sometimes if you get a rejection it may be they are waiting to hear from someone's uncles cousin twice removed who once expressed interest in the job six monts ago.

Anyway fingers crossed too.

I can understand that when all you guys being my referees it will take them awhile to ring you all.

Probably going to be a little while longer too as they haven't phoned me yet!!!

I remember when I applied for a job 14 years ago, as a rep, they took 2 months before interviewing me.

 When they did, I got the job that same day.
They had not received any other applicants worth interviewing, so it was re advertised 3 times more.

That reminds me when I had my last interview before this one, I went in for the interview and left employed, before I got home they rang me to ask if I could do some shifts. I was in shock, it all happened so quickly

dede,  try not to worry too much. I have had a few job interviews and none have gone as expected.  Some good and some bad.
Now that you are in the market for a job,  word will get around.

Thanks guys. And yes your right Frozzie that there are worse things to happen than not get this job. I will be disappointed but will move on and see what else is about

Ok finally got a letter today........I didn't get the job 
But I'm not upset about it, I'm just glad I finally found out either way. Now I can get on with it and continue looking after my family and building my picture framing business up. I will keep an eye out for something else but I'm not going to worry about it too much at this stage.
