Amazing list, a lot of these items I would never have imagined you could freeze - thanks so much! Now I need a chest freezer to store everything

I buy it by the kilo. Some I crumble and freeze, some cube and some in biggish pieces for baking in foil with chilli and herbs

Dodoni feta for $8 kg that's soo cheap, it's the only feta we like but from memory it's over $20/kg here now.

Hi uni, probably a silly question but how do you freeze lemon zest? In ziplock bags?

I'm going to be making butter tonight and was wondering if the butter and buttermilk can be frozen (separately ofcourse) and if the answer is yes, approximately how long would it keep for in the freezer?
