Nifty tool djinni, how do you get the pineapple out of it's skin and still keep it looking so neat  I hate peeling pineapples, this looks like the solution.

Excellent. Cocktails this weekend.  Not a big fan of the cocktail - so much fruit and paper umbrellas taking up the space where my alcohol should be.

It's very easy to use. The only thing is to do the whole process over a plate so you can drink the juice.

My vanilla pods are just about to take a swim as soon as I find the instructions for vanilla essence Thanks Uni . Still deciding what to do with the vanilla sugar...

Evening Goldfish, if you are talking about the pineapple corer/slicer, it came from Home Depot at Castle Hill. If you cannot get to Castle Hill, they have a large online shop. I just saw an ad for the whisky stones. Do they stay cold by themselves or do they go in the fridge? I like the idea of them.

Thanks. I think I might get some as I have just bought a 2.3 litre insulated jug that I plan to use for water during the warmer weather. I know I will have to fill it all the time, but then it was me that filled the water chiller before it died.
