Woohoo!!! I had a great week. I lost 1.2kg, that's the most I have dropped in one week and I haven't been going hungry at all, in fact I have probably been eating more. I have been tracking religiously. I find that when I don't I tend to eat more without thinking and then if I don't lose that week I get very disheartened. Good luck to all this week.

I made the chinese steamed buns last night, they worked out to be 2.5 points each and were YUMMY. The kids loved them too. I served them with rice and points free vege and it made for a very filling meal. I also made a vege soup to keep in the fridge to have as a snack. The boiled orange cake is a favourite of mine and I think it worked out to 2 points per serve (16 serves) I'll have to double check that one.
I love the online tracker, it makes it so quick and easy to work out the points for a recipe. Hope everyone has a good week 5

Hi em,
I just joined WW a couple of weeks ago and would love to share recipes with you. I have found that a lot of the recipes in the EDC are healthy options. One thing I have stopped making so often is bread, I just can't resist the smell of it freshly baked and I end up eating far more than I should and of course it needs butter.... How long have you been doing WW? 6

My machine has been christened "The Whizz-banger". Although a girlfriend recently called it the orgasmatron . Love all the clever names you have come up with

Hi all,
I have been lurking here for a couple of weeks since I got my new toy so I thought I should pop my head up. Today I made 2 batches of chicken hors-d'oeuvres, three batches of beef meatballs, hummus, capsicum dip and four quiches all in preparation for a party and then moroccan lamb with rice and naan bread for dinner (which was lovely, we will definitely be having that one again)followed by orange sorbet. Phew! What a day! 9
Babies and Kids / Re: LTM's (kids rice bubble snack bars)« on: July 26, 2009, 04:09:10 am »
I made these yesterday and they were a big hit with the kids. Mine have stayed together really well. I mixed them for a little longer than the recipe said and it crushed a little bit of the rice bubbles and that seemed to help it hold together. I can see that LTM's will be making a regular appearance in the kids lunchboxes.
