The thing that made me smile and giggle today was a story a colleague told me about their son and a funny thing he did over the weekend. It was one of those cute funny stories and it is still making me giggle now. I love stories like that. Kids are always good for putting a smile on my face. Especially my nephews. I don't have children of my own but love the funny things that other people tell me about their kids.

Hi Guys, I have been on recipe community quite a bit since I got my Thermomix a little over 2 weeks ago. I have made some amazing stuff so far.
The thing I would like to know is how do you go about using recipes other than those through Thermomix sites. I have a bunch of Weight Watchers cook books and would like to utilise some of those recipes as well. Is it just a case of trial and error or is there a resource out there that I can use? Thanks in advance.... 4
Questions? Technical Issues? The Survival Guide / Re: Thermoservers« on: July 05, 2013, 05:13:21 pm »
Thanks guys, very helpful. I made 2 curries last night and something like these containers would have been very helpful. I am in Perth so will look for an Indian shop to see what they have.

Questions? Technical Issues? The Survival Guide / Thermoservers« on: July 04, 2013, 01:44:31 pm »
Hi I really need a thermoserver but I bought my machine outright and didn't have a demo. As I understand you cannot buy them so what else could I buy to do the job?

Hello all, I would like to know what the best Banana Bread recipe is out there? Friends have tried a few different ones but just haven't managed to get it just right.
Greatly appreciated. Thanks 8

I have no idea what I want to cook at this stage because I have already made things that I would never have bothered with in the past because of the time factor, such as the risotto, curry and lemon butter. I guess I just want to make things that my nephews will love (I live with them) and something that has heaps of veges that they won't know about. I guess at this point I'm just happy that I'm eating better also.

So far I have made the TM Vegetable Concentrate, Red Velvet Cupcakes with a White Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing, Herb and Garlic Dip, Beetroot and Fetta Dip, Flatbread for dipping, Chicken, Bacon and Mushroom Risotto, Chicken Curry with Rice, Chai Tea Latte, Caffe Latte, 2 lots of Lemon butter and a few batches of Custard for the kids (my nephews). Today's little cooking spree will be Cheesy Muffins and Sunshine balls for the kids and a Beef Stew with Buttermilk Dumplings for our dinner tonight. I actually feel bad already when I go to the shop and see all the stuff I could make from whole foods without all of the preservatives etc. I have quite a long list of requests to get through in the next few weeks for family and friends. So I will be busy but having heaps of fun in the process.

Hi I have had my thermomix for about a week and a half now and are loving it. Never have I cooked so much in my life. I'm eating better as before I would end up with take away for dinner or just skip meals all together. My nephew's especially love it when I make the custard. I'm hear hoping to get a bunch of inspiration for what to do next. :-) Also happy to put out some of my ideas if they ever come to light. Right now I'm just excited to do some more cooking.
