I have made this tonight, but cant try it until tomorrow because its dessert at our friends house. Hope it looks and tastes as good as yours. Mine also had the ditch from the steam drip but I figure the raspberries will cover that up

I made this tonight and it was a winner, just served with chicken and green beans, it was delicious, a little too much sauce so might reduce water content next time. thanks to the forum for new dinner ideas

My favorite vego pizza topping I stole from Good Life Pizza in Adelaide.
I part steam, sweet potato, raw beetroot (not from a can). Tomato topping, with or without cheese I place veges on top plus some fresh green beans.
- Roast Vegetable pizza - so yummy. At the restaurant they also put capsicum but I am allergic to it, so leave it out.

I made this in combo with another recipie of Sweet and Salty Onion Relish (just sauted 1 onion in half butter) and added the premade onion relish in when both had cooled.
VERDICT: Delish! Cant wait to make my next batch!

Hi everyone on the topic of curries and husbands, my husband is upset that I just gave our slow cooker away to my mum. He claims its the only thing that he cooks curries in. The last time he cooked a curry was over a year ago, however, he is not convinced I made the right decision giving the slow cooker away, not understanding that the TM can out cook a slow cooker on every level. Could someone send me their fav curry recipe so I can prove the TM right (not me of course). I did the butter chicken from EDC, but it didnt sell him - I need intervention material!!
Cheers!

I love hommus! Before we got TM we would buy at least 2 lots of hommus for the week, so I was a little bit concerned when reading the reviews as to if I was going to be able to replace the bought hommus for the TM version. Well my first attempt is brilliant. I took some of the adjustments off of the forum so thanks for all the extra tips. Here is what I ended up doing: 2 cloves of garlic - added to TM whilst blades are spinning (spatula down) Add 10grams of good olive oil - saute for 2mins on varoma temp add 40grams of lemon juice (fresh) 1 teaspoon of ground cumin 1 can of chickpeas - drained 4 heaped teaspoon of tahinni good sprinkle of paprika Speed 4 for 50 seconds ( I accidentally did 50grams of lemon juice and that was too much so have reduced amount) Hope this helps the hommus lovers! voila! yum

Thanks for this, it was perfect for tonights steak, mash and steamed broccoli - I reduced the cream a little, due to a lack of it and it was still perfect! Very peppery for those that like it that way!

Ha ha Karen that is so funny, my husband does not know what is going on, I just keep coming out with new food! I am so happy with how it is going and the fun I am having. The time saving is phenomenal, because I have some much more time I make so much more food! I have a friend coming over on Saturday who wants to have a play and friends coming for dinner on Sat night so she can see it in action as well. I have made; pumpkin soup bread - using buckwheat chocolate cake chocolate mousse Crepes Stock Tuna mornay dinner rolls (whole wheat) butter chicken beetroot salad pizza dough steamed chicken with mushroom sauce the famous mash potato chocolate jaffa mousse. WOW - all that in 4 days! I even impress myself, and more so, I am getting better at understanding, foods, flavors, quantities. So for someone who was an absolute drip in the kitchen Im doing things I thought only came in jars, plus it taste better and doesnt have the additives. Love my TM xxx

Hi guys My name is Alicia, I will be receiving my TM on Saturday after 6 long months of saving (and going on an OS holiday). I have decided to get TM a few months earlier in an effort to save more money over the next few months!! Currently that feels like I am going backwards, however, the multitude of TM owner assure me, it will save me money in the long run! Its fair to say I AM VERY EXCITED ! Currently my cooking skills add up to very little and I am looking forward to cooking, creating and serving food with more confidence (currently spag bog and cheese toasties, are up there with my "best" dishes!!) If anyone has the time to reply I would love some clues on the following; 1. Essential Basic Ingredients 2. Your favorite full proof dishes 3. any tm user tips I am looking forward to hearing from you as well as reporting back my culinary efforts! All the best Cheers Alicia
