I make a variation of these before I got my TC - grating was a pain! Keen to give it a go again now!
When I used to eat dairy, we'd mix sweet Chilli sauce and sour cream - so delicious! 3

I've tried this several times now with my Thermochef - first couple of times it was terrible! Lol
It was gritty, terrible texture and my daughter did not like it! I tweaked it for the third one to accommodate for the TC, I'm about to do my fourth one now, so I'll do a write up if it works again of how I did it differently! 5

Thanks Judy!
I've been stalking the forums for a while now while I started the saving process - so I feel like I know what I want to achieve eventually! Need to get myself a beautiful recipe card holder so I can start storing these lovely recipes. 7

As I have a Thermochef But I'm sure I'll still be welcome here!
Thanks to a few things coming together like selling some stuff around the house, a sale at the retailers and a hefty credit note with them, I only had to pay $110 to take my TC Home. This is really fantastic for us as we're a family of four on an income of one. My toddler and I have dairy issues and she has wheat issues too. And my baby is coming up to the age of eating (and already showing signs of sensitivities) so I'm going to keep her WF/DF too. So I am grateful to be able to start saving money now, making things myself. Sadly, saving for a TMX would've taken me close to 3 years, a little too long to wait to be getting such amazing benefits for us. I've been making almond/rice milk from Jo's Quirky Cooking recipe - and that was the main reason I wanted a machine like this - as I was paying over $3 a litre for milk for my family - and I bought more than 5 cartons a week. It all adds up! So I hope to find some more things in my pantry to convert to home made. The kids are keeping me busy though so I'm trying to do menu planning to help me! I hope that one day I can offer up some ideas too!
