Is this something new the restaurant has taken on Uni?  Sounds like fun to me and I'd love to join the kids in one of your classes LOL

Remember last week when i said that i lied to a customer about GF bread was homemade, well ,he called yesterday asking if he could buy a loaf for me, but spoke to DIL, >:( i could have killed her she told him  that he  could make it himself its very easy she said, just mix with water and bake it, she even told him the price at C and where to find it.   >:( >:( >:(

Anyway he still wants me to make it for him, but now i don’t know what the price should be
If he didn’t know the price, i would have charged him $30.00

i don't need a recipe i'm italian

Oh no fundj, that now makes it impossible to charge too much if they now know the price to buy the ingredients :(

If he wants you to make it for him, charge him for your time and electricity on top of the pkt mix.

Too funny uni.

Nah give it to him for nothing along with a packet of the mix and instructions.  Happy customers are gold.
