I like moving and don't find it stressful at all - it is expensive though.

That's a shame Frozzie. The sooner you are all together running your own household the better.  :)

Moving..... Mcmich....
I think I have recovered more or less from 3 moves in a year. It is tiring and expensive, up are right about that part.

I think I'd like to move again. This is somewhere to live but not a home, and will never be. Not the right one anyway. If that makes sense? Ah well one day maybe?

Frozzie will soon be moving and getting her own new home YAY!

Morning ladies :)

DJ, I hope something turns up for you soon :-*

Mich, good luck with the house hunt, I hope you find a lovely place :D Moving scares me a bit because I've never done it before. I've lived in the same house my whole life :-))

Frozzie, congrats again ;D The perfect house will pop up somewhere ;)

Morning and evening all.

Mich I must have missed the post you were moving. Will you move in the same area? Or to Sydney maybe?

A late good morning but that means I was able to have a sleep in ;)

Michele, it is obviously time to move on so good luck with finding exactly what you both want.  If there is no hurry it should be good fun looking at houses - when we wanted to move we bought the first house we saw in the area we wanted to live and until we are ready to downsize, this is where we will stay as the house has always worked well for us with DH's disability.  I can imagine how much you want to do before your house goes on the market and you prepare for your move to your new house -  busy, busy, busy for sure.

Kim, it was only the first weekend of DH's hunt for a place for all of you so it's not surprising he hasn't found the right place yet - does the new job start today?

Morning/evening to all.  Kim I hope DH finds somewhere for you soon so,you can settle down.  Mich hope you can find something really nice I think looking for somewhere new is exciting at first then I started to wonder if it was the right thing, I have been in this house for 25 years, gosh the time goes quick, I have so much STUFF mine and. DM and DDad's as I couldn't bring myself to let go.
The sun has come out yah, last week I was looking for shade this week it's like winter.   Better go hang out the washing..

Morning and evening all.

I only mentioned it this morning but we have been thinking about it for a few months now.
I'm having a huge garage sale on the weekend to get rid of all the extra stuff and will post some items in Cookbooks and kitchen things to give away thread if I think they would be of interest to our members.
